After 7 years of putting on fabulous festivals (including over 100 events, 80 writers, multiple locations and thousands of kids, not to mention an abundance of cake) the Castlemaine Children’s Literature Festival are taking a well-earned break.
For 2018, we are however delighted to present a wonderful event aimed at young adults (aged 12 and up): That Was Then, This Is Now.
Join us as young adults and writers come together on stage to discuss much loved modern classics that have made an impact on them. This promises to be a lively and engaging conversation featuring local young people and esteemed authors Robyn Annear, Ellie Marney and Cate Kennedy. That Was Then, This Is Now is free, and organised in partnership with the very special Castlemaine Library.
